Coverage includes a 1-year parts-and-labor warranty for the home, 3-year roof-leak coverage (excluding major storm damage), and a 5-year structural warranty. We also provide a lifetime guarantee on roof systems, giving homeowners additional peace of mind in one of the most important areas of long-term home performance.
